  • Our bookings are handled manually, and this form is one of several methods by which you can make a booking enquiry with us.

    Please note that this is not an automated booking system, and sending a booking enquiry via this form does not guarantee that a booking can or will be made at your requested time. A booking enquiry is not finalised until you recieve confirmation from us via email. Please ensure you’ve provided your email address correctly on the enquiry form in order for us to get back to you!

    We aim to reply to all enquiries within 24 hours. If you haven’t heard from us within that period, we recommend contacting us through another means. If we don’t have availability at your requested time or can’t get you booked in for any other reason, we’ll aim to inform you within the same 24-hour period. At this point, we’ll do our best to work with you to find an alternative time for your booking.

  • Please be aware when booking that access to our games library incurs a cover charge which will be applied to your bill in the form of a Gaming Admission Fee, which is charged per person. The Gaming Admission we charge allows us to provide staff to assist guests with game rules and recommendations, as well as continually invest in maintaining and improving our games collection.

    When booking, we ask that a maximum length of stay be determined in advance. This allows us to avoid cases of double-booking by ensuring that another group is not booked onto the same table before the end of your stay.

    Please note that management reserves the right to charge Gaming Admission for the full length of a booking’s agreed stay time on the final bill, regardless of actual stay length.

  • Large Bookings of over 8 people require an advance deposit in order to be secured. Booking Deposits are equal to the total cost of Gaming Admission to be incurred by the booking.

    If a deposit has been paid, the full amount will be applied solely to the cost of Gaming Admission at the time the final bill is settled.

    If the stay-length exceeds the booking’s originally agreed end time, additional time will incur charges at the usual rate.

  • For bookings of up to 16 people, booking deposits are fully refundable (minus a £0.50 processing fee) when we are provided with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of cancellation.

    For bookings of over 16 people, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is required in order to receive a refund.

    In the case of partial-party cancellations with a paid deposit, we can issue a partial refund if notice is given within the same timeframes as outlined in the above section. Alternatively, when appropriate notice is provided, the refundable amount can be deducted from the final bill. If notice is not provided or is given short of the required period, a refund for any absentees' share of the deposit is not guaranteed.

    For deposits made by card payment, we can only process refunds on-site or by phone. Such refunds must be returned to the account from which the deposit was taken.

  • We evaluate and price Private Hire Enquiries on a case-by-case basis. We do this by considering the potential disruption to our regular business operations. There are several factors that can influence the price, including;

    - Duration, Day and/or Time of event
    - Peak Seasons such as School Holidays
    - Catering requirements
    - Special Requests that require additional staffing

    If your enquiry would be for fewer than 25 people, we encourage considering a Large Booking instead.

  • As a licensed premises, we require that any young persons under the age of 14 be accompanied by an adult of 18 or over.

    Food and drink not purchased on-site are not permitted to be consumed within the premises, with the exception of home-bottled water.

    Due to our open food preparation area, the only animals permitted on the premises are registered service animals.
